With a diploma in business management at the University of Outaouais, Caroline Bergevin is currently pursuing a Master degree in sustainable development and management of renewable resources. She is getting involved with the Green Party of Québec at the age of 24 to claim greater investments in public transports, social solidarity centered on vibrant communities and the protection of green spaces.

Raised in Sainte-Rose, Caroline knows well the local issues and realities. She believes that democracy should be valued and as a result, if elected, Caroline will hold a citizen assembly per month to promote communication between all citizens and their provincial deputy. The Green Party of Quebec pushes also to integrate courses on the democratic system in the academic curriculum.

Locally, the candidate proposes to push for free and open access to public transports paired with an extension of the network to discourage the use of private vehicles. She’s opposed to the destruction of green areas in Laval and advocates for a more responsible management of natural resources. Finally, Caroline enjoys the outdoors by hiking, camping and kayaking in her free time.

For Caroline Bergevin, every vote for the Green Party of Quebec shows that our program resonates with the population, helps us to take a place in the public debate and contributes significantly to developing the Green Party. For all these reasons she would be honoured to have your support in the 2018 general election! Every voice counts!
